For those who want to use this advanced tutorial, I assume that the current parental control software already installed on the computer and all the account (user) the child has been registered on the computer to get control. If you are still having problems or have not done so, my suggestion should be able to re-read the previous tutorial.
Step One. Open the control panel. Click on Start then select Control Panel. If the display control panel is in category search and click on this icon and then click setup parental controls for any user
If tampilanya are small icons or large icons, locate and click on this icon and then click on this icon located on the lower left corner of the window control panel
Or look for this icon and click on the icon list control panel
Step Two. Previous sure your internet connection is stable. Click one of the user who wants to set up parental control protection. Catan is important to keep in mind back (see picture below)

Note the correct identification of the signs of the No. 2. If the user status is "unmonitored by Family Safety" then you should have to take another look at the basic tutorial beforehand to make sure your user is in control. Similarly, for the heads no. 1, the user status to be monitored is the standard user (although the actual status can be monitored administratorpun), if the user is not a standard user, you need to go back again see the basic tutorial sebeumnya.
Step Three. If the selected user has been monitored, after the click, a web page will open in your browser. Enter the hotmail account, or live mail and then login.
Step Four. After a successful login, you can see the display as shown below (in the example, the user is a guest user to be monitored)

Heads 15, shows some features and settings that you can use the report for the selected user, consisting of

Web filtering, is a common arrangement for filtering sites. Your choice will be set automatically through the web filter database of Windows Live Essentials
Web Filtering Lists, if the web filtering, multiple local web database is not protected on the Windows Live Essentials, you can manually add sites that you think should be blocked. Or vice versa if the sites are blocked by Windows Live Essentials database is not accessible, then you can add to this option that the site is allowed.

Requests, perimintaan lists of users that are monitored in order to access blocked sites. For example, a site x in the database Windows Live Essentials is forbidden sites for children, then the site will be blocked. But exactly who you monitor user (let's say your child) can send a request to you to open block site on the web filtering facilities list, where you can enter the site as a permitted site.

Click turn on web filtering (A1), usually by default this option is already there
You can adjust the settings to the sliding part (A2) up or down. Options allow list only implies that a monitored user can only access the list of allowed web, which you enter through the Web Filtering Lists
For the record child-friendly options and Geneal Interest only allow children to open a website that allowed the child but can not access social networking and web chat. While the warn on adult, conveys all the sites can be viewed by children or unser monitored, and only give warnings for adult sites only. Choice on the part of (A2) is very important to adjust the child's age or the user is monitored.
Section (A3) can be blocked to prevent the spread of viruses and other unwanted things. Only a user with standard user status which can be blocked this download facility.
After all set, do not forget to always save for the (A4)

Step Six. Set the Web Filtering Lists

Enter the address of the site on the (B1), specify the address is devoted to the user that is being set (in this example a guest user) only or for all standard user only or for everyone (including the administrator / your own). Then select the Allow (permitted or blocked) on the (B3)
Do it again and again each time you find a site that you think your child is prohibited. Keep in mind not just a porn site that is the concern, there are other sites that you think is worth seeing by your child. For example, sites that contain violence or any other site that you think are not allowed. Windows Live Essentials database may be limited to the Indonesian-language sites, therefore this section is very useful to be done manually by you. You may add as many sites list.
Please note that this site lists as a complement to the setting that you do for web filtering on top.
If you enter any website address or determine the allowed or blocked one, you can remove it by way of a check given in (B5) line with a list of sites to delete, then click save (Section B4)

Section (G3) is the 2 other tabs that contain the details of web activity reports and PC / Laptop Activity
Section (G11) is a summary of the number of visited (visit) a list of existing sites. Through this view you can evaluate the favorite sites visited by children.

The picture above addressed the second part of the summary of the summary report (G1), which shows some important aspects of blocked sites but visit the child or the user is monitored and melaporan any keyword you are looking for through search engines.

Look at the address detailed reports about your child's web activity is monitored or account.

The eighth step. Setting the Time Limits

Your first step should give you a check in the section (C1) to start setting time limits for your child or a monitored account.
Consider the (C2) there is the division of time starting from the early morning hours of 00:01 midnight to 00:00 hours
Section (C3) is the choice of the day
To block the desired time, you can see the example in the picture above. Blue box (C4) indicates on Wednesday began at 7.30 am to 8.00 am the child is not allowed to use a computer. Blue box (C5) indicates on Thursday beginning at 8:00 am to 8:30 am you may not use the computer. Both parts are important, to understand the division of time, because each blue box indicates 30 minutes of blocking. So if you want a block of time for a full hour, you can do like the (C6) where there are two small boxes in a range of time between the hours of 9 am to 10 am.
To mark the time you click on the desired time, while you click to eliminate it once again that there is a blue box.
As always do not forget to click the (C7) either to save or cancel. Every time you make changes do not forget to save.

There are age groups, from age to 3 years, 6 years, 10 years, 13 years, 17 years and over 18 years. Remember that this setting applies to the active user (guest account in this example), so changes in the age adjusted user in question.
In part (D4) you are given a choice, to allow the child to access the other games that have not been assessed in a database or set him free Windows Live Essentials. If you give a check mark in part (D4) then there is the risk of illicit games outside Windows Live Essentials data base becomes your responsibility.
Always click the (D5) either to save or cancel. If the change feels right, the save button is required to be selected.

Step Ten. Set the Application Restrictions

First you have to select the Turn on App Restrictions (E1) before starting the arrangement.
In part (E2) contained all the information contained on computer applications that paired parental control.
To block any applications that are prohibited for children you can give a check in the (E2). Choose carefully, so that you are completely safe from an existing application.
As always do save (E3) to store all your settings.

Step Eleven. At this point, the setting for the active user (guest account in this example) has been carried out according to your wishes. There are other users who may need to be set as above. Therefore, switch to another user to initiate the same or different settings according to their age or according to your wishes.
